Logistical Project Manager

Oversee end-to-end workforce logistics and supply chain coordination for humanitarian operations across Ukraine. Manage contractor mobilization, border-crossing protocols, in-country compliance, and operational reporting for institutional partners including the IMF and World Bank.

  • 5+ years in conflict-zone or high-risk logistics management
  • Deep operational knowledge of Ukraine and Eastern European corridors
  • Fluency in English plus Ukrainian or Russian
  • Experience with IMF, World Bank, or tier-one NGO frameworks
